Oh my god last round was so good and I am so happy to see both tribes seemed to find their placements in this game. We have the super harmonious tribe of the entire world and the dysfunctional tribe of Americans. It's funny how this game of Survivor is kind of reminiscent of the real world.
Last round we saw an alliance of six on the foreigners become the majority. This includes Georgina, Gannon, Rachel, Daniel, Paulina and Tanya.
The alliances within that are -
F2 - Georgina and Gannon, Tight two - Rachel and Daniel, TALKING A LOT Paulina and Daniel, Moms alliance of Tanya and Paulina and then a side dose of Yogi with Paulina and another side of Taylor with Georgina!
A plan going into the next round if they lose is that Daniel wants EVERYONE to vote for Yogi, and then have Yogi bid on the exile and send Taylor home.
This is a plan he has with Paulina and it's suppose to be top secret!
WE GOT THE MAKINGS OF A GOOD ROUND IF THEY GO TO TRIBAL!
America on the other hand is a complete hot mess with Hunter, Danny and Brady all receiving votes last round. Maranda is proving to be a force to be reckoned with, while Will looked good last round and looks not as hot this round.
Mark is going to be left annoyed and pissed off -- I expect explosions, and the American tribe even though it seems like lines were drawn will continue to be a hot mess.
Here are my power rankings coming into this round and others can post theirs too if they want!
ROW - 1. Gannon 2. Georgina 3. Rachel 4. Daniel 5. Paulina 6. Tanya 7. Axel 8. Felix 9. Yogi 10. Taylor
AMERICANS - 1. Maranda 2. Whitney 3. Natalie 4. Jessica 5. Will 6. Hunter 7. Constance 8. Mark 9. Brady
My MVPS for last round were Gannon and Maranda!
My Loves were: Georgina, Rachel and Tanya.
Dark Horses: Paulina and Daniel.
FLOPS: Hunter, Mark, Brady & Danny.

Dark Horses: Paulina and Daniel. these two have a lot of fight in them especially when they are making deals with each other to maybe manipulate yogi to spend HP to make a move on Taylor. These two have shown a lot of potential now daniel: If we lose we should say to everyone that were voting Yogi to keep the tribe cohesive and get everyone on board. So it'll be 9-1. BUT, I can tell yogi to bid some health points to go to exile because he's next to go and tell him to vote for Taylor. Then, all 9 votes won't count for Yogi and Taylor will go home from 1 vote Paulina: oooo im loving it daniel: There are so many benefits to doing it this way. 1. Axel and Felix will still trust us 2. We get rid of a big threat without causing divisions in the tribe 3. Yogi will lose health points

It's a good plan, the only catch would be if Yogi realizes that it's a set up and votes someone other than Taylor.
I'm still catching up but I definitely think it's a good surprise that it's coming from Daniel and Paulina and I am looking forward to seeing if it actually plays out that way.

OK CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE MESS OF THE AMERICAN TRIBE REAL QUICK. When I tell you.....that Mark cracks me up I'm not lying. It's hilarious that he still tries to act like he had any idea what was going on last tribal and now he's acting like a badass bitch AND THROW THE COMP WHICH IS PROBABLY GOING TO GO AWFUL FOR HIM? Like for entertainment value 10/10. Gamewise 0/10. Personally, I'd never want to go to Exile or lose Health. It just seems like an awful awful awful move, but I'll very much enjoy watching somebody else fuck up like this It seems like Mark and Natalie are going to be close but like ok, major flop in the making! Maranda is SLAYED round 1, which sometimes is not always a good thing because that early on in the game puts SUCH a target on your back. But I'm not sure if there actually was an easy vote for The Americans in this first tribal. They all seem to be going balls to the wall which actually delightful to watch. But if Mark and Natalie actually pulled off a move to get Maranda out, I would literally DIE. Like what a mess. But I'm not sure how powerful Natalie, Mark, and Will would ever be. And Constance is QUEEN for that move. It's hilarious that they're targetting Maranda but NOT Constance when she's the one that orchestrated the entire move. I'm not really sure why they are pinning it on Maranda or why they're personally attacking the poor girl over it. But I don't think it's going to win them any favors. Like literally think Jessica is the only normal person on the American tribe.

OK CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE MESS OF THE AMERICAN TRIBE REAL QUICK. .... ........ Like what a mess. But I'm not sure how powerful Natalie, Mark, and Will would ever be. I don't think they will be able to pull off a move but I REALLY want them too this round. If they can grab in hunter and convince Jessica to vote with them (since she is the only one not really included in a huge alliance) they might be able to pull a move...but that is such a long shot move...this throwing of the comp will just result in another causality on the Mark/Will side...most likely Natalie will take the vote if it leads to it...or that is the feel I'm getting.

So far we all know the ROW Tribe is completely front running the competition! However I think we all can kind of say the American tribes getting pretty damn interesting.
One could say a blindside this early is unnecessary. Others may believe it's a fantastic start to what is looking like a fantastic season! I'm torn right down the middle. On one hand I love how unpredictable the first round of this game was! However on the second hang I wonder if these people on the American tribe are completely acknowledging the game they are playing!
This season there is no hidden immunity Idol and in turn we have the twist of XP. Russia is damn cold and you don't want to freeze!!! With the XP twist comes the opportunity to save yourself by bidding your health on safety!
I am in no way surprised to learn that people want to take advantage of this twist; but I did believe they would be smarter about how they do things!
With the option of being exiled you would think the American tribe would've done better at keeping tabs at their victims. Last round everyone seemed to ignore Danny which would send out red flags!! What are they thinking? Because they did this I think in the future they will do the same. Which will further risk a power player on their own side being idoled out by the exile twist.
Not only were they lousy with their organization on how to handle the Tribal Council, but they drew a line in the sand that could only make people feel vulnerable and upset.
Maranda put herself in the driver seat but it doesn't look like she has a license. I like a strong female player like anyone else, in fact I would go as far to say I prefer it! Maranda by taking the reins and kind of leaving people out of the move set herself up up for failure!
She may have succeeded with getting Danny out and it may have been a good move, but was it? There was a ton of easier opportunities that could've been taken to create some sort of tribe unity. Instead she went for the kill and performed the blindside she was itching for.
Now she may have to pay the price...
Danny's closest ally was Mark. This is someone who is still in the game who is completely unpredictable. Mark goes back-and-forth on whether or not he actually wants to be in this game. For this reason alone he is super dangerous. If things don't go the way that players like Mark want them too then players like Mark don't care about their position because they already know they're on a sinking ship. Mark is going to be completely recklessness game and it may be at Marandas expense.
With Mark currently feeling on the outs and his tribe allowing him to partake in the immunity challenge as one of two tributes. They are unknowingly allowing sabotage among the ranks.
I hope Mark doesn't throw the challenge but if he does he's setting himself up for a war that he could win in the short-term. Maranda went for the jugular last round and Mark is now following suit and retaliating. If Mark successfully throws the challenge and then pisses enough people off truly could get the votes against them and then exile himself and knock someone like Maranda out of the game.
With Hunter going to exile and sacrificing his points for safety, it's hoped and encouraged that people see this as maybe not the brightest move the game so far. Hunter is now in a predicament where he could be someone who dies in the game instead of getting booted out. For this people should be very cautious when bidding on exile! Someone like Mark who could give two shits if his game ends will be more willing to utilize this and then hope for the best.
I'm super excited to see if this pans out or if the plan changes. Mark is definitely stepping up his game and I can totally see him going toe to toe with anyone who tries to pose a threat against him.

Moving forward! I have to say I am really happy that a lot of the contestants so far have taken some of my advice and incorporated it to their confessionals! Right now I'm speaking primarily about Will!
Usually when you go to his confessionals he will give you so many thoughts all at once that you feel completely overwhelmed. I sense more thought now.
However his progression in confessionals doesn't change how I feel about him in the game. I think Will likes to pretend that he is more in the know than he actually is. He starts off this round trying to make it seem like he understood and knew about what Maranda was doing. The truth of the matter is he didn't know any of that and he was blindsided but a lot of strong-willed people would never admit to that.
Last round he mentioned how he was not worried about Hunter, Brady and Danny. In fact he said he knew they were aligned and that they posed no threat to him. He then proceeded to vote one of them out even if it wasn't the person who left... He also full heartedly thought that person would be going home. That isn't a very successful first round if you ask me.
He did also tell us that he felt that Maranda was his biggest threat. Now you could call it patience or him playing scared, but I'm going with the latter. Because Will didn't do anything he allowed Maranda to do her thing. She got the first point and he's just sitting there Idle.
I however think that because of all of this Will could become marks follower. Actually this is exactly what is probably going to happen if things keep going this way! I guess what I'm saying is it could've been resolved last round without Danny leaving and they made of vital mistake.
With Will now siding with Mark And completely in know of the plan ahead to throw the challenge: it seems like a Maranda vote could just be on the horizon. A Complete repercussion for Maranda playing way too hard way too soon. RIP, but I hope not?
It turns out that the plan that occurred this past round was really very low-key. Maranda really failed when he came to tribal unity. When you join a game and you are put in a situation with nine other individuals, you do kind of want everyone on the same page! No one is a good enough of a player to piss off half of your tribe when there is a crazy twist in the game that essentially allows someone to use a hidden immunity Idol every single time you go to tribal council.
Natalie was extremely close with Danny in fact some people thought that she could potentially think he was cute and maybe kind of liked him? Who knows the truth but bitch is mad!! In fact there is now three people who have a lot of their eyes strategically towards Maranda.
Natalie kind of said it best that Maranda kind of pulled a move that she didn't need to pull. Like I said in my last write up, too much, too soon. Maranda was in a majority alliance with: Danny, Mark, Natalie, Will and Whitney. It's almost laughable because she kind of pissed off the majority of her majority alliance... Why do that? How is that smart! Is this the player we all are praising because now that I look at it is Maranda even a good player at this point?
We gave this girl MVP but in turn it's looking kind a like a suicide mission she pulled. I totally regret my initial stance on her because now that I'm watching it all unfold she didn't do too hot. I'd be extremely surprised if she pulled through this round even. But you know if she did hats off to her cause I think that would be so exciting!!
Now let's get to Maranda. This girl honestly does not see the hole she dug for herself and in fact she is now blaming Constance. Constance actually took full credit for everything and now Maranda is also giving the credit to her as well. Pretty much Constance was probably going home last round and totally managed to save herself and then executed who left and had Maranda take the fall for it. Even though that wasn't entirely what she probably planned to happen Maranda sure as hell allowed it to be that way!
Maranda is focusing a lot on the melodrama instead of the strategic awareness that as a good player she should possess. Instead she looks like she's getting mad at one of her only allies (Constance). Girl you are digging a hole get out of it with the friends you still have!
Sadly I think Whitney is falling on the wrong side of this battle. They just focus on Danny who is gone and so unnecessary and people need to realize he doesn't even matter at this point. Wait for the reunion. Maranda and Whitney are in danger... Potentially Maranda can go home and maybe Whitney will come out unscathed. The bottom line is though they need to start thinking about strategy and not melodrama.

Let me throw in my two cents on Whitney real quick..
Whitney needs to wake up and smell the opportunity, yeah she's well liked by most people in the PW crew. But, she's starting to become less memorable and I know it's Episode 2 right now, but i'm forgetting that she's existing, she needs to step up her big guns and make more strategical moves that's going to keep her in the position of surviving then floating in a normal game of iS.
Will has made some improvements and I'm agreeing with Ricky as well for the fact that he's spaced out and cant get a full grasp on what he's talking about, we're tired of waiting for him to give the information that we want. I hope he fixes this soon, or he'll be in a flop. I'm hosting him and Maranda in another game on FB (for fun to help out). And his confessionals are almost similar between the two games i've watched his confessions on.
Same with Maranda too, her aggressive bossy attitude is going to shut down quick, if someone like Mark pulls the trigger and calculates the move. Yes Mark can be over the top drama and entertaining, but if you see between his actions, he's a smart player that no one is crediting him for yet.
Switch sides for a moment.
On the World side, why is Daniel trying so hard to make a plan on everyone to get Yogi out but then Daniel tells him to play his health points to boot out Taylor. I'm sorry but, I'm still trying to figure out the logical visionary in that plan. What I want to know is... Is Daniel trying to be like a Brady and have no follow through? This is me puzzled about Daniel with his plan.. I really hope that Daniel can figure something out of this, because if Malka finds out, than he's iced out next tribal they visit. Gannon is in a top spot right now with Georgina, I think it's going to work well for the pre-merge phase... BUT they need to be broken up if they both make merge and will be a power house after the performance that Gannon was in Round 1 with the Posting Endurance with Gerogina. Georgina is a smart lady and knows her gaming strategies, I hope that she doesn't get fully locked in with Gannon's flirting, because she'll be suckered in all the way to the final tribal for a runner up spot. But don't let that time go to waste!

This is me puzzled about Daniel with his plan.. I really hope that Daniel can figure something out of this, because if Malka finds out, than he's iced out next tribal they visit. Daniel doesn't want to get blood on his hands! So what he wants is everyone to vote for Yogi! Yogi is the weakest link and if people aren't too annoyed with Felix they will probably want to do the smart move and get him out! Daniel doesn't want Yogi out and most of his discussions about this plan have been with Paulina! Paulina has a side alliance with Yogi as well. By targetting Yogi and then telling him to bet XP, Daniel can get Taylor out with no blood on his hands and not only does he send Yogi closer to death by XP BUT YOGI will be a vote in his favor. People would assume that Yogi just felt out of the loop and that would be enough reason to why he would bet XP. It's actually ingenious due to the fact on America a big move was made and caused turmoil. This move is secret and can pan out and have such a solid success rate! ----- So something that you prediction writers haven't really got to see is what happens in the tribal chats, alliance calls and so on so forth. Obviously that's where we come in to kind of fill in some voids! Last night when the rest of the world were trying to figure out who they were going to have compete in the challenge, actually kind of got into some disagreements. The first person to step up and offered to compete in the challenge was Tanya! She even went as far to jokingly say that she would fight the other girls to be the one to do so... When it comes to the guys no one really stood up and said that they wanted to do it. The alliance of Daniel, Georgina, Gannon, Rachel, Paulina and Tanya all kind of felt like Felix should be the one to do it as they suspected he would be good at challenges and it could keep them all a little more low-key! Later on both Taylor and Georgina semi offered to do the challenge as well. When it came to Georgina something interesting actually happened between her and Tanya. Tanya no longer wanted to compete because I don't think she wanted to take the risk of losing for her tribe anymore and kind of spooked herself. This would've been all fine and dandy however Rachel approached both Gannon and Georgina and insisted to them that she felt like it would be a bad idea for them to compete as she didn't want them to get bigger targets. I found this uniquely interesting because you had Rachel looking out for their best interest which makes me think that Rachel really values their companionship in this game. Throughout an hour they strategized on how they could make it so Tanya competed instead of Georgina. Fortunately when they were deciding Georgina got pulled away from her brother coincidently and Tanya conceded graciously but a little concerned about her prior overthinking. The one thing the six were united on was that they really wanted Felix to be the one competing! Felix basically out right denied and was pretty sassy about his way of doing it! This led Mark into conceding himself and taking up the responsibility! I feel like this kind of caused some problems because Felix was already on the outs and now he's pissed off the entire majority. However with a twist of XP points you never know what will happen so hopefully they can avoid tribal council and also cater to Felix so he doesn't think he's on the outs. You can see in Paulina's confessional, her first one for this round that this is how she kind of feels! If anything though no one is mad as Gannon! Felix and Gannon will get into a fight eventually and it will be pretty awesome! Really hope that Felix doesn't get the best of Gannon, but who knows! Now the one shocking tidbit and you can see this in Gannon's confessional is that he is semi ticked at Tanya! The reason being is semi similar to Felix but less extreme but enough to put her on people's radar. I don't think she was intentionally trying to pawn off the role for the challenge but it def came across that way!! Mark in his confessional accused Tanya of stalking! Tanya in hers boasted about it! I am unsure if she shared that with people but it might've not been the smartest thing to disclose! I don't think she is in danger quite yet but she is probably the one in the alliance that is most on the outs which is kind of shocking! I'd be super upset if she left pre-merge but hopefully she can just make a switch and you know life will be good! Out of everyone there has been one person who has been a little more concerned with the American tribe then the rest! That is of course again Tanya! In her latest confessional the first one of the episode she talks about who made the power play on the other tribe. Little does she know it was Constance and Maranda; but she's semi-hits the nail on the head in regard to power players when she thinks it's Mark. I think Marandas could be in trouble so no matter what happened last round Mark at the moment is the one bearing the power playing role. Right now it's just in theory but something has to go down! At least I hope so!

So usually a 5 person alliance is a good thing. Usually a 5/6 person alliance is great. But not with Constance in charge. I honestly feel like she's not aware enough to realize what Mark's going to do because all in all, I feel like Mark is a little more aware. If Constance is in charge I think she'd let her emotions get the best of her when Mark starts being an enormous asshole and want to vote him out. 6 votes go straight on Mark, Mark exiles himself, and then Maranda goes. Honestly, I feel like that's a super smart move on Mark's part and I'm really rooting for him to pull it off, just because I want Mark to prove himself as a game player.
I think it's dumb that Mark isn't taking the opportunity to talk to Mark and make a move with them. She basically says she's a free agent and maybe she's not advertising herself enough to them, but I'm #teammark this round so obviously I'm rooting for that and I really think she'd do better with them. Mark will always be a bigger target than her and so will Natalie. She talks about being the beta, and I think that's a good spot for her right now as long as she realizes when she needs to flip and become the alpha. But as for right now, I really do think she's in the best spot. Maybe it's because she's not active as I've heard other people say - but to me she just seems like she could wedge herself into a very good spot if she continues to try to talk to Mark.
I haven't been paying attention to theWORLD lately because they're not going to tribal and I feel like whatever happens while your safe is easy to say, but the real drama doesn't start until you're vulnerable.

So last night I got the opportunity to host the challenge and the aftermath! For the Americas we had Constance and Mark versus the rest of the world Gannon and Tanya!
The challenge was quite simple to be frank. Basically there was 71 ice sculptures, and they had to alternate hitting 1 to 3 of them at a time with the end goal of being the one to hit the 71st sculpture.
At one point in the middle of the challenge I stopped the event to give them the opportunity to achieve an award if they were to drop out!
The reward was 10 HP! Right away Tanya said she would not be dropping out, Gannon tried to utilize the time to strategize, Mark let us know he was here to play the challenge but not before Constance tried to obtain the reward before even knowing what it was.
At the end of the challenge the rest of the world came up with the victory!

So the American tribe is heading back to Tribal Council and by no shock of anybody they are acting a little crazy!!
Mark and Constance both came back from the challenge ready to throw the other under the bus. However that doesn't mean that they want each other out. Mark surprisingly tried very hard to win which was kind of a shock only because he at one point thought he was going to throw the challenge!
On the other hand Constance went into the challenge not completely comprehending the task at hand and probably lost it due to the inability to process how it all worked out.
In the end however I don't think anyone was to upset about their loss and the Americans were pretty willing to dive right back into strategy talk...
Immediately Will, Natalie, and Mark were still completely on board when it came to taking out Maranda!
From the perspective of Natalie, Brady and Hunter also jumped on ship to also potentially vote that way which we will begin to find out as the votes come in.
Maranda instead of retaliating has focused her energy on voting Constance and this could be smart if Maranda exiles but it's hard to say if Jessica will vote for Constance which is a vote number Maranda needs to pull off a move.
At this point we are waiting for Maranda to post some insight because she's under the impression that everyone is pissed off at Constance and when she knows that she's in the hot seat she has been doing some damage control. The damage control may have her thinking that everyone is going to vote Constance with her. So far Mark has lied to her and he has every intention of voting her out.
We're also looking for a bit of clarification from Brady. The storyline for Brady is that Will and Natalie pulled him aside... When they did this they gave him the information he needed about them wanting Maranda out and he went to Maranda and told her everything.
Marandas game play has not been on point. She immediately went to Will, then Will went back to Brady. Brady obviously didn't like that he got sold out so quickly. After all this happened he confirmed again with Natalie and Will. So it's looking like he's voting out Maranda but we honestly will have to see.

So at this point Brady has become extremely wishy-washy with what he will be doing this Tribal Council. I literally just updated saying that he was on board for voting Maranda out of the game! However he seems to have had Maranda come yet again into his ear because he is quite easily manipulated!
She disclosed with him that Constance is trying to get Mark to vote him out which isn't entirely fact. It may be what Constance kind of wants to happen but at this point even though Constance has been a big power player for the past two rounds, shockingly, she won't in anyway get her way this round when he comes to the vote.
The thing about Brady is he takes information and he processes it in such a way that he's overthinking most of the time. Right now he is still saying that he could be voting for Maranda because he is afraid that people might vote for him and if Constance uses the exile he wants it to backfire on Maranda and not him. He is afraid Constance is going to bid.
Still right now Brady is torn between the two and it really just depends who gets in his ear by the time he votes and what kind of strategy he decides to personally implement.

So at this point the vote is between Constance and Maranda still! Mark lied to Maranda and told her that he is willing to vote Constance and she believed him and went to Brady and relayed it. Brady then relayed all that information to Mark whom corrected him and told him the plan is to vote out Maranda. Brady low-key wants Constance gone because he can't get over petty melodrama. However it looks like he's going to concede to Mark.
