This season in the game your health decreases each day, for challenge losses, unlucky disadvantages, etc. On the other hand of that - you will earn health for challenge wins, rewards, and fantastic episode content. After the completion of each Tribal Council, Production will update players health for the Episode.
The goal is not only to Outwit, Outplay, and Outlast the competition, but keeping yourself alive in Russia while doing so. Castaways all start at 75 HP, so stabilize yourself and try to keep your health as high as possible at all times. Good luck.

Episode 1 Commentary
JorJieNa!!! Hey friend. Okay so we both know you know how to do confessionals, so there isn't much to say to you. I will however give you my personal bias feedback, which may come across harsh, but it's not meant that way! When you do your videos try to make them shorter and more to the point. Like maybe one or two topics per confessional? Try to do more then TWO, which is the minimum! We want more and the more you do and the better they come across, the more XP you will get.
Your episode one confessionals were COMPLETELY on point and amazing and just fine. I just think if you spread stuff out and did a little more you could up your XP game a lot better. This round you got four, and your goal should always be a five. So this is the best advice I can give you.
Remember for quality a smart phone is best, horizontal filming (landscape style.) When you hold your phone up normally, it will give black bars on the side! That's a big NO.
